We stand behind our products. Sometimes an item isn’t what you expect, you don’t like the color, or your needs have changed. We understand. Just send it back. We don’t charge a restocking fee. You pay only for the return shipment. Many of our shipments have a packing slip with our return address enclosed. Just call our Customer Service Center to let us know it is coming so we can expect it, and how you wish to resolve your order. All we ask is that the goods being returned be in "as new" condition.
